These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "user", "customer") and OfferPeel ("OfferPeel", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website offerpeel.com and any related sub-domains, mobile experiences, communications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on OfferPeel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.
These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India, and constitute an "electronic record" under the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical, electronic, or digital signature is required to make this agreement enforceable.
1. About OfferPeel
OfferPeel is an independent order-assist and deal-discovery platform based in India. We help users save on purchases from third-party brands (such as marketplaces, food-delivery apps, travel platforms, OTT services, and grocery apps) by curating offers, coupons, bank-card promotions, and by optionally placing orders on the user's behalf against a transparent service fee.
OfferPeel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an agent of any of the third-party brands featured on the platform unless expressly stated. All brand names, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility and account registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must be a resident of India with a valid Indian delivery address, phone number, and payment method for orders that are geographically restricted to India.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it updated. Providing false, misleading, or impersonated information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for every activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@offerpeel.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate registration at our sole discretion, including where we detect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.
3. Nature of the Services
OfferPeel provides two categories of Services:
- Information services — listings of offers, discount codes, editorial guides, comparisons, and blog content. These are for general information only, are provided "as available", and may become outdated without notice.
- Order-assist services — on your instruction, we place an order on a supported third-party platform using the offer stack disclosed at checkout and, where applicable, deliver the digital order confirmation, voucher, or physical product to your provided address.
For order-assist Services, OfferPeel acts strictly as a facilitator between you and the underlying third-party brand. The primary contract of sale for the goods or services always remains between you and the third-party brand, subject to that brand's own terms, refund policy, delivery timelines, and warranty conditions.
4. Offers, pricing, and service fees
- All offers, discounts, product prices, availability windows, and estimated savings are displayed as of the timestamp of the listing and are subject to change, exhaustion, or withdrawal by the brand at any time without prior notice.
- Final pricing — including the item cost, applicable taxes (GST, cess), delivery charges, and OfferPeel's non-refundable service fee — is disclosed and confirmed on the checkout screen before you authorise payment.
- OfferPeel does not guarantee that any offer, coupon, cashback, bank promotion, or price will remain valid at the time of order execution. If the offer expires or fails between listing and execution, we will notify you and either offer the closest alternative or issue a full refund of amounts collected (excluding gateway charges where non-recoverable).
- Estimated savings are illustrative computations based on publicly available prices and stack combinations at listing time. Actual savings may vary based on cart composition, city, payment method, and brand-side eligibility checks.
- Typographical, pricing, or offer errors do not constitute a binding offer by OfferPeel. We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from an obvious error and refund the amount paid.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. OfferPeel does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials.
- By submitting an order you authorise OfferPeel and its payment partners to charge your selected payment instrument for the confirmed order total.
- You represent that any payment method used is lawfully yours or that you have the account holder's explicit permission to use it.
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support@offerpeel.com in good faith may result in account suspension and recovery of amounts, gateway fees, and reasonable administrative charges.
6. Refunds, cancellations, and returns
- If OfferPeel is unable to fulfil an order for reasons attributable to us (offer failure, brand-side rejection, technical error, or stock unavailability), you will receive a full refund of the item amount and service fee to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the failure is confirmed.
- Once an order has been successfully placed with the third-party brand, cancellations, returns, exchanges, warranty claims, refunds, and delivery-related disputes are governed by that brand's policy. We will provide reasonable coordination support but cannot override a brand's decision.
- Service fees are non-refundable once an order has been successfully executed on the third-party platform, even if you later cancel or return the item with the brand.
- For digital vouchers, gift cards, subscription activations, and travel bookings, orders are treated as consumed and are non-refundable once issued or confirmed, save where applicable law provides otherwise.
- Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees. Any foreign-exchange loss, gateway commission, or bank charge that is non-recoverable is borne by the user.
7. User obligations and prohibited conduct
You agree that you will not:
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or misuse another user's account;
- use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated means to access the Services beyond publicly published rate limits;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or bypass any security or access control of the Services;
- place fraudulent, duplicate, or resale-motivated orders, or exploit an offer beyond its stated per-user cap;
- use OfferPeel to launder money, evade taxes, or facilitate any illegal transaction;
- upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Services or other users; or
- infringe or misuse the intellectual property of OfferPeel or any third party.
Breach of this clause entitles OfferPeel to suspend or terminate your account, cancel pending orders without refund of service fees, report the conduct to law-enforcement authorities, and pursue any other remedy available under law.
8. User content and licence
When you submit cart links, screenshots, addresses, order specifications, feedback, testimonials, chat messages, or any other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content but grant OfferPeel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to store, process, transmit, reproduce, display, and use the User Content solely for the purposes of operating the Services, fulfilling your order, resolving disputes, improving the platform, and complying with legal obligations.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party right or applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on OfferPeel — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, design elements, illustrations, logos, product photography, videos, software code, database structure, aggregated data, and the "OfferPeel" name and mark — is owned by or exclusively licensed to OfferPeel and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, republish, transmit, sell, license, or exploit any portion of the Services or content without our prior written consent, except for permitted personal use and standard browser caching.
Third-party brand names, logos, and marks are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on OfferPeel does not imply endorsement or partnership.
10. Third-party brands, sites, and links
The Services contain links to and interoperate with third-party websites, apps, and services. OfferPeel does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, pricing, delivery, quality, safety, or legality of any third-party service. Your dealings with third-party brands (including any warranty, refund, or dispute) are solely between you and that brand. We recommend you read the terms and privacy policy of every third party before transacting.
11. Communications and notices
By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications from OfferPeel by email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, and in-app messages, including order updates, security alerts, price alerts you have subscribed to, and legal notices. Marketing communications are subject to your preferences, which you can update at any time from your account or by unsubscribing from the relevant channel. Transactional communications cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from error.
OfferPeel does not warrant that (a) any listed offer will remain available at the time of order execution; (b) any third-party brand will honour its published pricing, offer, or delivery timeline; (c) the Services will be free from viruses, security incidents, or unauthorised access; or (d) any information on the Services is complete, accurate, or current at every moment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall OfferPeel, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
OfferPeel's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a specific order shall not exceed the greater of (a) the service fee actually paid by you for that order, or (b) INR 500. This limitation applies in the aggregate to all claims and causes of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OfferPeel and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (i) your access to or use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, publicity, or privacy right; (iv) any User Content you submit; or (v) any dispute between you and a third-party brand.
15. Suspension and termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, cancel pending orders, or refuse further Services if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, exposed OfferPeel to legal or reputational risk, or if required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@offerpeel.com. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17) shall survive.
16. Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution process below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Services.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first raise the dispute in writing to support@offerpeel.com and allow OfferPeel a period of thirty (30) days to attempt an amicable resolution. If not resolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by OfferPeel in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

18. Force majeure
OfferPeel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government action, changes in law, strikes, riots, war, cyber-attacks, internet or telecom outages, payment-gateway or cloud-provider outages, or third-party brand disruptions.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Services.
20. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced on the checkout screen, constitute the entire agreement between you and OfferPeel regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. OfferPeel may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and OfferPeel.
- Language. These Terms are executed in the English language, which shall be the controlling version.
